BONA Healthy Ceramic Material--Technology

To water, the determinant of its acidity and alkalescence is the content of mineral and microelement. We carried out acidity and alkalescence test to multifunctional ceramic ball. The test data of table 3 shows that, multifunction mineral ceramic ball can adjust PH value of tap water into leaning alkalinity, according to our acidity examine of it. With the increase of dosage and time lengthening, the alkalescence will be enhanced, until its summit of about 8.0.
Test instrument:
PHS-3C precise PH meter, Experimental product: BQ-KHK active mineral ceramic ball, Experimental water: Distilled water, pH value: 5.66, Water temperature: 15”ć.

1.4 Test of conductance, dissolved oxygen and TDS to healthy ceramic materials
1.4.1 testing instrument: JPB-607 dissolved oxygen tester; DDS-11AT numeral conductance tester; the electric conduction solid particle TDS tester (Manufactured by Korea company).
1.4.2 experimental materials: healthy ceramic ball (BQ-KH, BQ-KK, BQ-JKH) 50g, some demonized water.
1.4.3 experimental conditions: test under room temperature. Keep the experimental environment neutral as far as possible, in order to avoid the effect on the value of conductance and TDS, for the reason of reducing error.
1.4.4 experimental procedures: Put 50g of healthy ceramic balls (BQ-KH, BQ-KK, BQ-JKH) into four beakers with demonized water, test the conductance, dissolved oxygen and the value of Total Dissolved Solids (TDS) every 30 minutes.

1.4.5 experimental results
(1) the testing result of BONA healthy ceramic ball affecting on the conductance (Fig 3).
